Everyone with a cleft faces their own unique journey filled with different challenges.  The steps I outlined above are not set in stone, they are guiding points that can be adjusted according to what fits you best and where you are in your confidence journey.

We can jump around, skip steps or focus on some ares more than others.  If you want to spend more time working on managing your emotions, or learning how to ask for what you want we can do that.
